3 Ingredients Trader Joes Meals

By February 11, 2020 Uncategorized

Trader Joe’s. Who doesn’t love bopping in here and getting all the things you never knew you needed or wanted? I don’t usually do all of my shopping here, but I do stop in about once every few months and stock up on new stuff that I can’t not have in the freezer and pantry.

With the new baby coming, I am going to be stocking my freezer (they have the BEST frozen meals) with easy meals for those who will be here taking care of the kids while I’m in the hospital and for myself when I’m solo parenting three little kids during tax season.

I stopped in to grab some things and wanted to share with you some easy 3 ingredient, well rounded, meals to add to your rotation.

Roasted Potatoes, Beef Roast and Peanut + Crispy Noodle Salad

Mexican Roasted Corn, Chili Lime Chicken Burgers, Guac

This is SUCH a favorite of mine. Cannot go wrong and hits the spot every time.

Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, Chicken Spring Rolls

Another FAVORITE frozen meal in our house. Even my non-chicken-loving-husband loves this meal. SCORE!

Ground Beef, Portabella Mushrooms, Tomato Sauce

So, usually, I would use pizza sauce and Italian sausage, but this will do, too! Add a lot of seasoning to the mushrooms (I love Montreal Steak Seasoning) and ground beef to give it tons of flavor. I would pile the ground beef + tomato sauce mixture on top of the mushroom caps. YUM.

Vegetable Saute, Quinoa, Italian Chicken Sausage

Pile everything into a skillet to make huge filling meal of these three ingredients. Dinner will be served in 15 minutes flat.

Chicken Thighs, Brussels Sprouts, Baguette

This meal is everything. I love cooking with chicken thighs because they’re packed with flavor and the perfect serving size. Sprouts are one of our favorite green vegetables (We even served them at our wedding!) and I mean, how can you go wrong with butter and a baguette on the side?

Tomato + Red Pepper Soup, Oyster Crackers and Pepper Jack Cheese

Need I say more? Comfort food at its finest right here, gang.

Enjoy! Let me know on IG if you try any of these or what your favorite TJ meals are.

Thanks for stopping by,

Molly
