2020 Merry FITNESS  

 My 4th annual holiday program begins December 1st! Become a part of the exclusive group to get fit and give back this holiday season. As a member of the program, you will receive a workout a day with video demonstrations, new exercises, my favorite wellness tips, recipes, and hot tips from a variety of wellness professionals each day for the 25 days leading up to Christmas.

All of that while giving back to local children in need this holiday season.

There is so much joy to spread every holiday season, but something tells me, this year, we need all the help we can get to give to as many families as possible.

Why I Started the Merry Fitness Program.

This tradition of giving back started 20 plus years ago. My family always did two things around the holidays.
  1. Delivered Thanksgiving Meals to those in need
  2. Adopted a family or families for Christmas.
My parents really sent the tone years ago. Once we got older, my sisters and I brought this back to life, but 10 fold, once we started our own families. We decided to scratch giving each other gifts at Christmas and instead, give to families in need.
Four years ago, I wanted to spread the love even more and created this program. It’s grown bigger than I could have imagined and has really become an annual giving tradition for many of you, which brings me so much happiness. Seeing you give yourself the gift of health and others the gift of joy has brought my MDF community together in more ways than one. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for being here this year. It’s going to be one magical month.

Here’s the scoop:

After the first 40 people sign up, every other dollar goes to charity. Year 1, we raised $700 and gave two families full of children an incredible Christmas. Year two, we doubled that and raised $1,400! With that, we were able to adopt five families with 12 children total and gave them the Christmas of a lifetime. It was magical. I truly live for this program. Last year, we raised an incredible $2,650! It was nothing short of magic what was done for 7 families in our state. We gave 26 people a Christmas they’d never forget. As touched as those families were, myself and my participants were even more so.

What:

The daily workouts will be 20 – 30 minutes long and can be done at home with minimal to no equipment. I am all about giving (and getting!) a little accountability through the season of calories and craziness. You feel me?!

When: 

December 1st – December 25th.
