My goal is to improve your health + well being not through worn-out fitness slogans and quick fixes, but through custom workouts + intentional personal training.
I am all about pushing my clients to get off of the treadmill + elliptical and onto a track, a hill, or set of stairs. Let’s hop off the machines and pick-up a medicine ball, set of battle ropes, or Kettlebell.
My specialty is showing my clients the fun side to personal training and getting healthy. I’ll show you that you don’t necessarily need a gym or any equipment to get in shape. I also carry that theory throughout both my Virtual Training and classes. You can often find me leading my clients and classes on a track, tackling a hill, working out at the park, FaceTiming my virtual clients, or in the gym in St. Paul.
